By becoming a member of the East Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (EVHCC), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Membership benefits, events, and resources are subject to change at the discretion of EVHCC.
2. Membership Fees & Renewal
Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
Memberships automatically renew based on the selected billing cycle.
It is the member’s responsibility to cancel their renewal before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to continue their membership.
3. Membership Cancellation
Members can cancel their renewal at any time through their account settings or by contacting EVHCC support.
No refunds will be issued for memberships that are renewed and later canceled.
4. Events & Sponsorships
Registration fees for events and sponsorships are non-refundable, except in cases where EVHCC cancels the event.
Sponsors must comply with EVHCC guidelines for branding and promotional materials.
5. Code of Conduct
All members and participants in EVHCC activities must adhere to professional and respectful behavior. EVHCC reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of ethical or legal standards.
6. Liability & Indemnification
EVHCC is not liable for any business decisions or outcomes resulting from membership participation. Members agree to hold EVHCC harmless from any claims or disputes.
7. Changes to Terms
EVHCC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued membership implies acceptance of any updates.
