These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of memberships, event registrations, sponsorships, and related services offered by the East Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (“EVHCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a purchase or enrollment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Services

EVHCC offers the following:

  • Annual Memberships (auto-renewing)

  • Event registrations

  • Sponsorships

  • Other Chamber-related programs and services

Pricing varies by membership tier, event, or sponsorship package and is displayed at the time of purchase.


3. Membership Billing & Auto-Renewal

All EVHCC memberships are sold as annual subscriptions and automatically renew each year unless properly canceled.

By enrolling, you authorize EVHCC to charge your selected payment method for:

  • The initial membership term, and

  • All subsequent renewal terms unless cancellation requirements are met.

Members receive renewal notifications prior to renewal via email.


4. Cancellation Policy (IMPORTANT)

Membership Cancellations

  • Memberships may be canceled at any time, however:

  • Cancellations must be submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next term.

  • Cancellations must be completed through the member portal.

  • Cancellations submitted after the 7-business-day window will take effect at the end of the next billing cycle.

Effective Date

  • All approved cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid membership period.

  • Access to benefits remains active until the end of that term.


5. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds are provided for memberships, sponsorships, or services once payment has been processed.

  • Event purchases are non-refundable, except in rare circumstances at EVHCC’s sole discretion.

  • Any approved exception does not create a precedent for future refunds.


6. Events & Sponsorships

  • Event tickets and sponsorships are considered one-time purchases.

  • Non-attendance does not constitute grounds for a refund.

  • Sponsorship benefits are delivered as outlined in the agreement or promotional materials.


7. Failed Payments

  • EVHCC may retry failed payments.

  • Accounts with unpaid balances may be suspended after three (3) business days of non-payment.

  • Continued non-payment may result in termination of membership and loss of benefits.


8. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from EVHCC, you agree not to file chargebacks for charges that comply with these Terms.

Initiating a chargeback instead of properly canceling or contacting EVHCC:

  • Constitutes a violation of this agreement

  • May result in immediate termination of membership

  • May lead to additional administrative or collection actions


9. Acceptance of Terms

By completing checkout, you confirm that:

  • You reviewed these Terms & Conditions

  • You agreed to the Cancellation and Refund Policies

  • You explicitly accepted these Terms via a required checkbox at checkout

This acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
