EAST VALLEY HISPANIC CHAMBER OF COMMERCE-WIN A MULTICULTURAL FAIR VENDOR INFORMATION

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION. Pertains to the East Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce WIN Multicultural Fair.

THE DEADLINE IS WEDNESDAY, 4 PM, SEPTEMBER 11TH. YOU MUST COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION AND SUBMIT PAYMENT BEFORE THIS TIME. ANYONE MISSING THIS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE ON THE EVENT.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for East Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce-WIN Multicultural Fair.  East Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce-WIN Multicultural Fair will take place on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Pioneer Park – 526 E. Main St. Mesa AZ 85203

Each vendor space is 10 x 10. Each vendor is responsible for providing their own table, chairs or canopy, electricity (i.e., generator or power source) if necessary or battery-operated LED lighting. All non-member vendor spaces are $200, Chamber members $150, and information booths $75.00 for members, $100.00 non-member. Food truck/tent vendor fee is $235. Only Food vendors may sell drinks otherwise, East Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce-WIN Multicultural Fair will be selling water as part of our fundraising efforts.

Vendor load-in/set up begins at 12:00 pm. Vendors are allowed to drive up in front of the Pioneer Park to UNLOAD your belongings and immediately move your vehicle to park BEFORE beginning set up. All vendors MUST BE set up by 1:30 pm. All vendors are to be fully set up and ready to sell at 2:00 pm. If not fully set up by 2:00 pm, a $25 late fee will be imposed and must be paid immediately. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SET UP IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 1:00 pm, NO EXCEPTIONS. Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Breakdown begins at 7:00 pm, not earlier.

Vendor applications and FEES ARE DUE BY THE 3rd of September, 2024. Vendor spaces are not guaranteed until payment is received in full. Our events occur rain or shine. Once your application is received, the EVHCC-WIN will send you payment information to be paid via Stripe or through Zelle at frankiejorios@evhcc.org. Vendor fees: If you pay after the 10th of the month of September, there is a $20 late fee.
