Can I sponsor or reserve an expo table?

Yes! Expo tables are available for $300 and include space to promote your business at the event. EVHCC members receive a 50% discount. Tables are limited and can be selected during ticket registration.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 7:45 AM for registration and networking. The program begins at 8:00 AM sharp.

Yes, free parking is available at the venue.

Do I need to bring anything?

Bring business cards, a notebook (or tablet), and be ready to network and learn! If you have specific questions about capital or marketing, write them down for the Q&A sessions.

What time should I arrive if I reserved an expo table?

Expo table setup is from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM. Please plan to arrive during this window so your space is ready before doors open to the public at 8:00 AM.

Where do I check in as an exhibitor?

Exhibitor check-in will be clearly marked near the entrance of Crescent Crown. Volunteers will be available to guide you to your assigned table.

 

Can I bring a team member to help at the table?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring 1–2 people to assist you. Please be sure they are registered and wearing a name badge.
