Frankie Jo Rios is a native of Arizona and was raised in the small mining town of Superior. Prior to joining the East Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (EVHCC), she was employed by the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Prior to working for non-profit agencies, she retired after thirty years working in law enforcement with the State of Arizona, twenty of those years with the Arizona State Attorney General’s office. Through her years in state government and the non-profit sector Frankie Jo brings a wealth of experience in customer relations and event planning. Current community service include volunteering, co-chair of Cena y Serenata (A Stepping Stone Foundation) and past president of Las Amiga’s de los Oficials de la Ley (3 years).
The mother of two adult children and one grandson, she and her husband Martin (Marty) reside in Gilbert, Arizona.
