Rosa Inchausti is the Director of Strategic Management & Diversity for the City of Tempe. She has worked for the City of Tempe for the past twenty years, originally hired as the City's first bilingual Marriage and Family Therapist through the Social Services Division. Rosa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University and a Master's Degree in Education Counseling from Northern Arizona University. Rosa also received a certification as a Diversity Professional from Cornell University. In her role as Diversity Manager, Rosa is responsible for advocating fair and equitable treatment for all City of Tempe employees. Her main role is that of a Safe Haven for any employee requesting assistance with issues regarding discrimination, retaliation or harassment. In a proactive role, she works with individuals and groups to raise awareness of civil treatment issues. Rosa staffs the Tempe Human Relations Commission, and is a facilitator for the City of Tempe Inclusion Training.
